Lewis Long signs with G4 MMA Fighters

Lewis started Judo at the age of 10 and then kickboxing at the age of 12
Was ranked 3rd best judoka in Wales at 17 with black belts in both disciplines
Won the Welsh KYU grade, North Welsh and West of England Judo Championships
Placed 2nd for kickboxing in the Welsh Open and West of England Open.
Began Muay Thai training under Lee Power, the coach of the Cardiff Eagles
Represented Wales in the World Amateur Thai Boxing games in Thailand and won Bronze
Unbeaten pro Muay Thai with four wins including the Welsh under 85kg Thai Boxing title
Unbeaten in K1 with 3-0-0 record and holds the Welsh under 80kg K1 title
Trains MMA at Fight Academy Wales, Dogs of War and Gracie Barra Swansea 
Teaches his own Judo class twice and Muay Thai once a week
Studying forensic science at Glamorgan University during the week
Working in Security at weekends
Representing Wales at the World Muay Thai Championships Nov 2010
