Tim Newman will be in action on Saturday night against Aaron Wilkinson. Tim currently holds both the Angrrr Management and Spartan Fight Challenge titles in the 70kg division. During a meeting with Tim this week he informed me" The training is going really well, the weight is on target and I'm feeling very good about the fight." Tim trains in Newport South Wales and has been working with the other G4 MMA Fighters Rus Smith and Mathew "Franky" Ross Francombe for both stand up and grappling, both guys are middleweights so Tim is extremely well conditioned for the event.

Great night for Tim Newman on the OMMAC "Only the Brave" show. Tim was victorious over a strong Aaron Wilkinson from the world famous Wolfslair Gym. The first round was fairly even with Tim escaping from a guillotine choke and then demonstrating good stand up skills. The second round was impressive for Tim by captialising an armbar opportunity and locking on for the tap out. This pushes Tim's record up to 6-0-0 as a professional MMA fighter.
